Chicago's third tallest building, the 93-story Vista Tower
The combination hotel/condo tower is a joint venture between Magellan Development Group and the Dalian Wanda Group of China and will feature 405 luxury units. The new sales center will offer new state of the art residences.
While the first 12 floors of the Vista Tower will be occupied by a yet-to-be-announced hotel operator, floors 13 through 93 will be dedicated to the building’s residents. Unlike Chicago’s other upcoming taller residential luxury towers like One Bennett Park, 113 E Roosevelt, and 1000M, Vista Tower will be purely condominiums with no rental component whatsoever.
Units are offered in configurations that include 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedrooms with prices starting at $1 million. Floors 71 through 91 will be occupied by full-floor so-called “Sky Residences” with ceiling heights growing to 11’4″ over the 9’4″ height found on the floors below. A single duplex penthouse will take the tower’s top two levels.
